SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF POLYMER

The purpose of this RFP/Q is to secure a reliable Supplier for a three-year contract term, with the option to extend the term no more than two (2) additional terms for a period of one (1) year each, to provide polymer products on an as-needed basis at a competitive cost. Every effort will be made to provide adequate lead time to the successful Supplier for bulk deliveries to the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant (HCTP). Occasionally, situations arise that may require immediate procurement. A pre-qualification trial period is required for suppliers to demonstrate their product's compatibility with the City's treatment process. The duration of the trial period is three (3) days per Supplier's product. Proposers must schedule their demonstration no later than April 21, 2023, at 3:00 pm, by contacting Contact Full Name at Contact Email . Time is of the essence. Suppliers will be notified by e-mail if their product passes or fails the trial demonstration. Only those Suppliers that receive a "pass" are eligible to submit a proposal.
