(1) Vendor needs to provide event consultant services. • Event consultants to serve as the event consultant and organizer for the city.• Promote tourism and economic activity• Enhance the City’s annual special events calendar• Develop a comprehensive event plan, timeline, and production schedule• Serve as the main point of contact between the city, vendors, sponsors, performers, and stakeholders• Coordinate logistics, site layout, staging, entertainment, vendors, and activities• Develop and implement an event marketing and promotional strategy• Solicit, secure, and manage event sponsorships• Recruit, manage, and coordinate vendors and participants• Collect all sponsorship revenues and vendor fees• Provide a post–event report summarizing attendance, sponsorships, vendors, financial outcomes, and recommendations for future events
