EXTRA-75638 - USA (Routt, Colorado) - Project Manager and Coordinator Service - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide project manager and coordinator service to the government authority located in Routt, CO.• This program is intended to promote substance use prevention throughout a state jurisdiction for individuals and families by building and expanding the capacity of local community prevention providers to implement evidence–based programs.• Use data and evaluation findings to recommend and implement continuous quality improvements throughout the project.• Support inclusive coalition participation by coordinating accessible meeting logistics and eligible member reimbursements.• Submit quarterly progress reports, annual reports, certificates of attendance, and other required deliverables by established deadlines.• Document selected prevention strategies, programs, action steps, implementation progress, successes, challenges, and quality improvement recommendations.• Coordinate updates to the Community Action Plan, community profile, strategic plan, and evaluation plan using required templates and timelines.• Build coalition member capacity to assess community needs, identify shared risk and protective factors, select evidence–based or evidence–informed prevention strategies, and implement community–driven prevention approaches.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
