MRB-55178 - USA (California) - Event Management and Support Service - Budget - Up to 1,488,074 USD - Deadline July 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide event management and support service. – End–to–end planning, logistics and execution of 16 large–scale (up to 8 per year), in–person events hosted on agency.– Contractor is responsible for venue procurement and coordination, vendor management, breakout session facilitator training, recruitment, support and tracking, attendee registration management, day of event staffing, catering, audiovisual and technology support and full day–of event operations/ oversight. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 17, 2026.
