RS-1463 - USA (New York) - Records Remediation Services - Deadline August 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide records remediation services to the government authority located in New York.– Dispose identified records;– Clean and decontaminate records in the appropriate manner necessary to meet the acceptance criteria of the City’s record storage contractor; – If the moisture content of the records is high, affected records will need to be dried.– Envelopes, boxes, and cartons, as applicable are to be replaced.– Exterior pages of certain records may need to be replaced as well at the Department’s direction.– Identifying information will be transferred to the new folder, and a copy of the old folder to be placed inside.– Perform data entry and indexing for the records as per these Specifications and as directed by the Department.– Package records into new boxes and containers, which shall be acid–free and supplied by the Contractor.– The Contractor shall index each record. – The meta data will consist of the fields listed in these Specifications and as directed by the Department.– The basic fields for indexing include record type, job number, address, block, lot, borough and box number.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 04, 2026(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
