DRA-11517 - USA (Boston, Massachusetts) - Underground Utilities Data Improvements, Data Conversion, And Data Collection Services - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide underground utilities data improvements, data conversion, and data collection services to the government authority located in Boston, MA. – Utility data collection, GIS, ESRI Utility Network, surveying, and geospatial data management, to provide professional consulting services including utility investigation, geospatial data capture, verification, processing, and delivery. – The consultant is expected to perform utility data collection services including the identification, location, and documentation of above–ground and subsurface utility assets using industry–standard methods such as GNSS, LiDAR, GPR, and electromagnetic locating.– Provide supporting deliverables including photographs, LiDAR data, CCTV video, GPR data, and other raw and processed datasets.– The Consultant is expected to support data integration efforts by coordinating with DTIG and ensuring all deliverables meet quality assurance and governance standards for inclusion in the enterprise GIS.– The Consultant is expected to produce and deliver high–quality geospatial data in compliance with Massport GIS and CAD standards, including AutoCAD (DWG) and ESRI Geodatabase (GDB) formats. – To establish and maintain survey control in accordance with Massport and national standards, including integration.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026.
