(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational therapy services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Occupational Therapy (OT) and assistant (OTA) will provide occupational services.– The OT will provide teacher consultation services.• The OT will provide daily performance data, assist with goal writing for students on the caseload, keep an active roster of students, submit case logs, and promptly submit progress reports.– Re–designs therapy methods, when necessary, makes progress reports to parents and teachers; maintains records in accordance with federal regulations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
