Flaschen- und Rohrbegleitheizung ca. 270 m Abgas- und Sicherheitsabblaseleitungen ca. 1.290 m Rohrleitungen für Bulkgase und Druckluft ca. 120 m Prozessgasleitungen ca. 190 m Erweiterung des Vakuumrohrnetzes ca. 160 St. Absperrarmaturen, insbesondere Membranventile und Kugelhähne ca. 3 St. VMB-Verteilungen mit insgesamt 14 Prozessgasabgängen 1 St. Erweiterung Gassteuerzentrale inkl. Schaltschrank, Feldgeräten, Verkabelung und Programmierung ca. 8 St. Gaswarnmessstellen inkl.
