Description
San Mateo County Health, Behavioral Health & Recovery Services (BHRS) is seeking a Contractor to support the department in planning, data collection and analysis, reporting, evaluation, and technical assistance services. Services will focus on evaluating the quality, utilization and need of mental health and substance use services in San Mateo County and supporting planning and reporting of legislative requirements under the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA), Opioid Settlement Funds (OSF), AB109, Laura’s Law and other needs as determined by BHRS. The contract with the selected proposer shall have an initial term of three (3) years. In addition, the County shall have the option to extend the term for a period of two (2) years, which the County may exercise in its sole, absolute discretion.
