EXTRA-72512 - USA (Clifton Forge, Virginia) - Downtown Upper-Level Housing Feasibility Study and Preliminary Architecture Engineering Reports Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide downtown upper–level housing feasibility study and preliminary architecture engineering reports services to the government authority located in Clifton Forge, VI.– Develop a preliminary development program for each participating building (unit types and general layout concepts). – Identify physical constraints and opportunities for upper–level residential use. – Prepare conceptual layout options (test fits). – Provide order–of–magnitude cost ranges for major construction components. – Evaluate alternative development scenarios, as appropriate. – Identify and recommend the two (2) most viable buildings for advancement. – Assess building and infrastructure conditions. – Prepare preliminary building layouts and design concepts. – Identify required renovations and infrastructure upgrades. – Evaluate alternative design approaches, as applicable. – Provide preliminary cost estimates. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
