(1) Vendor needs to provide highspeed optical tracking marker less cameras supply to the government authority located in Gaithersburg, MD. • Install existing high–speed optical motion capture system:– Install, configure, and calibrate the existing system of 62 PrimeX13 cameras to a free–standing truss system in the room.– Ethernet cables must be installed from network switch located in the room to each camera location.• Software and hardware expansion for high–speed optical motion capture system:– The system shall be capable of tracking the dynamic position of personnel and equipment.– Hardware should include two sets of passive markers and eight active marker kits for integrating into 3d printed trackable objects.• Safety–related equipment.• Health hazard assessments and medical evaluations.• Homeland Security Presidential Directive – 12 (HSPD–12).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
