(1) Vendor needs to provide technical support services to the government authority located in Fremont, CA. • Provide comprehensive support for the city’s audio–visual (av) system for city council and public meetings, ensuring reliable, secure, and accessible operations.• Responsible for system testing prior to the meetings, and documentation to support transparent governance and public access.• Provide real–time technical support during Council meetings for all IT and AV systems.• Manage presentation content (slides, videos, screen sharing) for staff and Council members.• Operate video systems, including camera switching, recording, and live broadcast feeds.• Monitor Closed Captioning availability on broadcast and recording feeds.• Ensure recordings are archived, indexed, and available for the City Clerk to post on the City’s website.• Troubleshoot and resolve any post–meeting technical issues.• Record audio and video of Council meetings and planning commission meetings in compliance with public record requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
