(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources information technology systems • Human Capital Systems Operations: Oversee, manage, implement and sustain HC/HRIT systems infrastructure, systems and applications, portals, and help desk operations• Total Force & HR Business Intelligence: Design, develop, deliver and sustain HC business analytics, tools, dashboards, reports, metrics, and models to improve and support data–driven decision making• dentify, collect and analyze total force manpower, human resources, and related systems and operational policies and procedures for completeness; documenting gaps and work with key stakeholders to draft and update artifacts• Design, develop and support statistical and predictive analytics dashboards and reports utilizing Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos BI, Qlik, and Databricks• Generate and interpret Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans to identify system vulnerabilities and monitor remediation efforts or mitigation strategies(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business Set–Aside (FAR 19.5)
