(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber optic locates services to the government authority located in Coral Springs, FL.• Managing locates system and handling all tickets associated within two business days. • Documentation outlining the details and quantity of each delivery shall be provided to City staff onsite during delivery, • The Contractor will maintain records appropriate to support invoicing and recording • Maintaining and creating maps with GPS coordinates and elevation. • All locates will require the taking of a time stamped digital photo with address to record the site conditions and placement of surface markings implementing the use of traditional paint and flag methods to mark fiber. – Digital photos shall be directly correlated to the locate ticket for which they are taken and shall be permanently referenced to the ticket either by actual photo, or sequenced serial numbering (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
