Wiggins Pass Navigation Light Deconstruction and Reconstruction

We need to remove and replace the metal platform and ladder structure on the Wiggins Pass navigation light piling. Please quote removal, disposal, fabrication, and installation of a new ladder and platform constructed of stainless steel. The navigation light should be solar powered and visible for three miles. Current structure is steel and located approximately 0.3 miles from the mouth of Wiggins Pass (26.287706, -81.83569) in Collier County, FL. It supports a battery and solar light array and is attached to a concrete piling. The current platform is 10' x 10'. The distance from the lower platform to the upper platform is approximately 10ft. A metal ladder connects the lower platform to the upper platform.
