DRA-11568 - UK - Food and Drink Visitor Experience Development Services - Deadline September 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide food and drink visitor experience development services. – Promote and recruit to the programme across– Ensure businesses in urban, rural and coastal areas have a fair opportunity to participate;– Assess applications against agreed criteria including visitor appeal, distinctiveness, strategic fit, commercial potential, commitment and deliverability;– Consider alignment with relevant audiences, markets and destination priorities;– Identify opportunities for collaboration between applicants where this could strengthen the visitor proposition;– Undertake an appropriate baseline diagnostic with selected participants;– Identify each participant's starting point, development opportunity, barriers and priority support needs;– Experience Development and Commercialisation – This phase should form the core of the programme, providing practical and tailored support to help participating businesses move from their starting position towards a distinctive, commercially viable visitor experience.– Experience concept development and refinement;– Target audiences and visitor motivations;– Experience design and customer journey;– Marketing and positioning;– Testing, Market Readiness, and Routes to Market – This may include prototype activity, trial delivery, soft launches, customer or industry feedback and other appropriate methods of testing.(2) All question had been submitted on September 3, 2026.
