SCREENING-2654 - USA (Texas) - Employee Background Verification Services - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee background verification services to the government authority located in TX.– Provide a web–based submission and reporting system for background verification of employees and potential employees.– City anticipates potential verifications of 1,250 applicants on an annual basis.– Provide applicant background checks for:– Employment verification. – Motor vehicle report. – Criminal history. – Credit check.– Education, highest degree. – Social Security verification and review. – Sexual Offender Registry check. – Social Media Report.– Employment verifications:– Identify employers to verify up to a maximum of three (3) employers at a time. – Information to be verified/included in report: – Job title.– Dates of employment. – Reason for leaving.– Eligibility for rehire.– Provide price per state, including all fees.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
