(1) Vendor needs to provide artificial intelligence police report writing program services to the government authority located in CA.– Receives over 400,000 calls for service each year, many of which require officers to complete reports related to the incident.– The types of reports being completed include arrest reports, crime reports, officer only reports, traffic collision reports, death reports, and missing persons reports.– These reports often take a significant amount of time to complete, thus keeping the officers from being available to respond to other calls for service and thereby increasing response times.– Provide detectives or investigators are often required to write reports related to investigations they conduct related to their assignment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
