PHAR-2228 - USA (Bryan, Texas) - Pharmaceuticals Correctional Facilities Service - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmaceuticals correctional facilities service to the government authority located in Bryan, TX.• Provide extensive range of pharmaceuticals, including but not limited to over–the–counter medications, IV medications, vaccines, durable medical supplies, and all related supplies to the provision of pharmaceuticals.• Dispense and label medications for each inmate.• Submit proposed formulary to each end user that will foster safe and effective drug therapy• Verify drug orders and deliver medications to correctional facilities.• Participate in Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meetings.• Drug Supply Chain Security Act compliance, including authorized trading partners, tracing information, verification, and suspect/illegitimate–product procedures.• Contractor shall dispense and label medication for each inmate in complete compliance with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, provisions, and court orders.• Inmate name or other identification• Medication name and strength• Dosage form• Generic interchange information• Quantity dispensed• Manufacturer’s name and lot identification• Expiration date• Route and times of administration• Directions for use(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
