STAFF-16354 - USA (Woodland, California) - Elections Temporary Staffing Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide elections temporary staffing services to the government authority located in Woodland, CA.• Provide temporary staffing on an as needed basis and provide persons and candidates with skills in specialty areas which shall include administrative and office, customer service and elections and voting operations.• Perform a minimum of the following duties:– Drive election materials from voting locations to the elections headquarters.– Check–in voters at a vote center using an electronic pollbook.– Help voters with the voting process.– Work on county provided computers, utilizing election information management software for same–day voter registration.– Prepare, pack, unpack, and may deliver election materials to polling places and elections officers.– Perform occasional data entry of other simple keyboard operations.– Screen telephone calls and provide information where possible.– Verify signatures on petitions and returned absentee ballots.– Set up voting equipment including electronic pollbooks, ballot printers, accessible ballot marking devices, and voting booths.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
