(1) Vendor needs to provide communications outreach services. – Provide public relations strategic counsel regarding various authority programs and initiatives, including the planned construction activities.– Including the planned construction activities related to the new terminal 1, terminal 2 redevelopment, other onsite construction projects, offsite roadway improvements and other projects or initiatives that potentially impact the customer experience.– Facilitate communication with business and community leaders, airport customers, stakeholders, labor groups, elected officials, news media, public and others.– Consistent messages and strategies, including strategy for message deployment and identification of messenger.– Preparing media advisories and news releases and in organizing media events, news conferences, milestone announcements and other such events, as needed.– Subscribe to a media monitoring service approved by the authority so it can assist in monitoring coverage of the airport and authority in print, broadcast and social media.– Crisis communications on an as needed basis, including preparation of FAQs, speaking points, news releases, social media alerts, and news conferences.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
