(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services for the las cruces dam infrastructure to the government authority located in Taos, NM. – The resulting work to provide a comprehensive framework for dam safety, emergency preparedness, ongoing maintenance, regulatory compliance, and future capital planning. – Services are anticipated to include dam and infrastructure assessments, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, dam–breach and inundation analysis, development of a monitoring and early–warning system, preparation of an emergency action plan (EAP) and operations and maintenance (O&M) manual, and development of prioritized recommendations for future infrastructure improvements.– Condition, safety, operation, and long–term performance and in identifying improvements necessary to support its continued safe and reliable operation.– Professional engineering firms to provide engineering, assessment, planning, design, and technical support services.– Infrastructure improvement recommendations and implementation plan.– Dam–breach analysis and inundation mapping.– Surveying, data collection, and technical investigations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
