EXTRA-73666 - USA (Breckenridge, Colorado) - Public Works Master Plan and Bus Storage Facility Design Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide public works master plan and bus storage facility design services to the government authority located in Breckenridge, CO. Task 1: Public works site master plan:– design consulting services to create a public works site master plan and 90% design documents for a new bus storage facility.– Evaluate space needs for all of the public work’s division including facilities, fleet, parking and transportation, water, engineering, streets and parks, administration, and sustainability.Task 2: Bus storage facility design:– After a master plan option has been finalized then the consultant will begin work on the bus storage facility design.– Consultant will be required to design the bus storage facility to a conceptual level for review by the town based on the location and multi–use from the finalized master plan.– This effort includes the development of 60% Construction Plans consistent with the level of information as appropriate for the construction of a bus storage facility.– This effort includes assisting the town with outreach to inform the town staff and town council about the proposed improvements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
