(1) Vendor needs to provide medicare billing services.– Provide comprehensive Medicare Part A and Part B billing services for all types of Medicare, in accordance with Medicare requirements.– Provide time frames, as required by CMS Consolidated Billing requirements and as mutually agreed with the Homes, for each of the following:– Provision of billing submission services by the Contractor;– Provision of information by the Homes.– Provide Medicare Consolidated Billing, including Part A, Part B, and third–party insurance billing.– Comply with Medicare Consolidated Billing regulations for long–term nursing care.– Retrieve billing–related information, including census, from the Homes on an as–needed basis.– Provide hands–on assistance to review complex claims, resident pending certifications, and monies detained by third parties.– Assist, as requested by the Homes, with Medicare billing reviews, all audits, and all claim appeals including but not limited to RAC, UPIC, SMRC, TPE, and MAC audits.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
