(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical systems.– Provide Emergency Medical Systems of Care Patient Tracking and Advanced Notification System.– Intended to support daily Emergency Medical Services (EMS) operations, Community Paramedicine (CP), Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH), interfacility patient transfers, specialty systems of care, hospital destination coordination, air medical operations, healthcare facility coordination, and statewide disaster medical operations. – The system will also support the modernization of rural healthcare infrastructure, and improve emergency medical services.– Medical Systems of Care by identifying solutions capable of real–time patient tracking, advanced hospital notification, secure medical communications, care coordination, patient movement visibility, and interoperable data exchange across State, County, hospital, Emergency Medical Services, Community Paramedicine, Mobile Integrated Healthcare, public health, healthcare coalition, and emergency management partners.– The solution shall provide real–time operational visibility, advanced notifications, secure communications, patient tracking, clinical workflow management, and coordinated patient movement necessary to transport patients to the most appropriate healthcare facility based upon clinical need, hospital capability, and resource availability.– The proposed solution shall support all patient encounters, including, but not limited to:– Emergency 9–1–1 responses;– Community Paramedicine encounters;– Mobile Integrated Healthcare encounters;– Scheduled and unscheduled interfacility patient transfers;– Specialty care transports;– Air medical transports.
