Please submit any questions in writing via email to paul.proctor@grda.com by October 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. An in-person engagement meeting will be held on October 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM CST at GRDA’s Transmission & Distribution headquarters located at 635 E Hwy 69A, Pryor, OK 74361. Interested vendors are encouraged to attend to ask any questions and provide comments/feedback regarding the details of the RFI.
