EXTRA-74133 - USA (Miami Beach, Florida) - Technical Assistance and Consulting Services - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance and consulting services to the government authority located in Miami Beach, FL. – Remote technical assistance for all aspects of grant program management, and any other required assistance in relation to the program.– This shall include unlimited remote technical assistance, coordinated by staff in conjunction with the consultant.– Provide the consultant with a Microsoft Word version of all existing updated program agreement templates.– Consultant will include the most recently available data and narratives, charts, maps, as needed for all reports.– Consultant will prepare public notices and public hearings for publication as necessary.– The Consultant will monitor program activities, close activities and prepare reports as needed.– Integrated disbursement information system.– Conduct site visits and monitoring for properties under affordability.– Ongoing technical assistance.– Prepare, review and submit annual reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
