(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, hosting and maintenance service using WordPress content management system and must be compatible with mobile devices, browser and social media. – To identify best practices that incorporate the latest web technology, and prepare a strategy, budget and implementation plan for incorporating these practices into the redesign of the website.– To plan, develop, create and launch the redesigned website.• Website – Develop a robust, user–focused homepage that provides easy access to frequently used information, services and resources, organized by key audiences and user needs. – Contractor shall develop engaging, current and accessible content that effectively tells story through compelling copy, visuals, icons, infographics, testimonials, impact data, multimedia and other digital storytelling elements – Must build and structure the website to support upcoming AI–driven tools introduced.– Contractor shall deliver a fast, secure, responsive and mobile–friendly website that follows current digital best practices, accessibility standards and usability guidelines. – Contractors shall implement a user–friendly content management system that enables staff to easily update, manage and maintain website content to ensure information remains accurate, relevant and easy to find. – Contractor shall apply comprehensive search engine optimization (SEO) best practices throughout the website to improve search engine visibility, organic search rankings and users’ ability to locate important information, programs, services and resources easily with total search capability throughout the entire site. • Project Management • Development Life Cycle Approach– Provide a comprehensive development life cycle approach that includes requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance. • Testing • Reporting and Analytics • Software/Hardware/Backup Requirements • Cloud • Training • Mobile and Online – Ensure the website is device agnostic and can work on all mobile device types. – Ensure mobile and cross browser testing functionality. • Design Specification• Interactive Features• Reporting and Analytics(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 9, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
