(1) Vendor needs to provide foundation award software.– Proposed system must support parent and alumni offices, annual giving, event and volunteer management, principle, leadership, major and planned giving, gift recording, research and prospect management, donor relations and stewardship as well as corporate and foundation relations, grants and sponsored research.– vendor will include the purchase, implementation, and ongoing support of the proposed system, including a sandbox or testing environment.– Proposed system will include vendor–provided payment card industry (PCI) compliant credit card, debit card, and electronic check processing and payment gateway using the merchant accounts.– It is highly desirable that the proposed system is cloud–based, and vendor hosted.– While creative future–looking proposals are encouraged, the new system must provide the tools needed to be responsive to increasing demands for accountability by funding agencies and regulatory compliance.– It is imperative that the system is able to collect data from and push data into the institution’s ERP system as well to allow key partners such as career services, financial aid and budget administrators to collaborate with the Foundation on managing prospective research information.– System will provide a seamless transfer of all gift and endowed funds data to the finance system.– Currently using Anthology as the ERP system for student and finance.– College also runs touch net as its ecommerce solution.(2) All the questions had been submitted on September 18, 2026.
