BANKING-9375 - USA (Okanogan, Washington) - Accounting and Treasury Services - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting and treasury services to the government authority located in Okanogan, WA. – The agency general ledger and record transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and the trust’s established accounting procedures.– Download weekly medical claims invoice and monthly administrative fee invoice to serveas supporting documentation for automatic withdrawal of paid claims from bank account.– Prepare disbursements twice per month to support payment activity related to consultant fees, claims, administrative fees, and other miscellaneous disbursements.– Receive and compile monthly reports from members and cobra administrator of premiums paid to the trust bank account.– Prepare and distribute monthly reports, including statement of net position and statement of revenues and expenses.– Track fair market value and monthly interest earned on notes and related investmentactivity.– Reconcile monthly bank statements and support the monthly close process.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
