WD-15927 - Austria - Webhosting and Maintenance Services of a Drupal 9-Based Front-End and Back-End of the Toolbox Application Using CMS - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide webhosting and maintenance services of a Drupal 9–based front–end and back–end of the toolbox application using content management system and must be compatible with mobile devices.                                                     – An initial one–time cost for the setup and configuration of permission management and project initialization for each iOS and Android application as well as potential adaptations of the Frontpage – This service should cover the annual API–related updates and the packaging and submission of the App to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store for review and approval. – New developments/changes and support for the Apps themselves – Apple and Android Stores/Program fees per year – Update Drupal to a new major release incl. small adaptions/patch – Hourly rate for any additional support or services – To provide website hosting services, backup and maintenance of the Drupal 9 based backend, including timely security updates and any required upgrades to major Drupal releases.– Also includes limited annual support for minor changes (e.g. static text/image changes, changing CSS) that cannot be implemented directly through the CMS.– In addition, the Contractor shall manage the app store releases and maintenance of the mobile applications, including publishing new versions and updating them to the latest agency versions as required to ensure continued availability in the respective app stores and to keep the developer accounts active.• Drupal Backend• Frontend and Native Apps(2) The contract period will be five years.
