Unit 5 Spring 2025 Outage Contractor Services

Lakeland Electric (OWNER) seeks well-qualified and experienced Boiler and HRSG contractors to perform various scopes of work as detailed below, as well as to retain the services of sub-contractors and a consultant where work requires. The work will take place during the Unit No. 5 Spring Outage, beginning on February 22nd, 2025, and ending on May 5th, 2025. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) in which the Bidder will provide detailed accounts of their experience as an industrial boiler contractor capable of performing code welds on thin-wall HRSG tubes and heavy wall P91 piping, as well as providing other measurable / verifiable criteria to be detailed in the sections below.
