CLEANING-13704 - USA (Seattle, Washington) - Custodial Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – Plumbing fixtures (i.e., toilets, sink basins, urinals, faucets, etc.) and dispensers are clean and free of all deposits and stains so that the item is left without dust, streaks, film, odor or stains and have a bright and uniform appearance.– All cleaned metal surfaces are without deposits or tarnish and with a uniformly bright appearance, free from spots, smudges and streaks.– Glass is clean when all glass surfaces are without streaks, film, deposits, and stains and have a uniformly bright appearance and adjacent surfaces, including mullions and windowsills, have been wiped clean.– Cleaning of all interior sides of windows up to 8 feet above finished floor.– All exterior sides of window cleaning are excluded from the custodial services contract.– All interior glass walls, panels and both interior and exterior sides of glass doors, such as the facility entrance glass doors, the Ramp exit glass doors and side panels adjacent to the glass doors.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 8, 2026.
