Vendor needs to provide commercial appraisal services to the government authority located in Moab, UT.• Review of approximately 1500 commercial properties located in county.• Update land guide value for all commercially zoned properties in county.• Audit all properties with commercial improvements providing 2027 values based on updated land values and updated cost factors.• Inspection and detailed review of all new growth properties and audits for existing parcels with new construction permits or partially completed on the 2027 lien date.• Detailed review of approximately 100 nightly rental properties.• Represent assessor’s office for any commercial appeals resulting from this scope of work at the local or state level.
