(1) Vendor needs to provide facility custodial services to the government authority located in Janesville, WI. – Empty wastebaskets, reline and keep baskets clean.– Bathrooms vehicle maintenance area, admin trailer restroom and cold storage restroom trailer. – Clean and sanitize sinks, stools, and urinals– Shine mirrors, polish chrome, keep dispensers clean and dust free– Wipe down chairs– Clean inside and outside of microwave– Wipe all surfaces of desks, partitions, workstations, file cabinets, windowsills, chairs, tables, and tv’s(2) The contract period will be for three years.
