Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide remove, destroy and dispose of an excavator service to the government authority located in West Columbia, SC.• The contractor must be able to provide:– Tug and/or crane(s) capable of removing the excavator in whole or pieces.– Able to completely remove all pieces and parts of the excavator to ensure safe transport to drydock.– Contractor must hold a General Marine Liability Insurance Policy of no less than five million dollars.– Must hold USL&H (US Longshoreman & Harbor Masters) Policy.– Must hold a Property and Indemnity Policy that covers crew.  This policy must also include Jones Act coverage for crew, wreck removal, and tower’s liability.                    –If necessary, must provide a fully insured commercial dive company that complies with all OSHA standards.– Once the subject excavator is at drydock the contractor is responsible for its demolition and disposal .(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026
