EDUCATION-18103 - USA (Springfield, Missouri) - Substitute Employment Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide substitute employment services to the government authority located in Springfield, MO.– Provide substitute employment services on an as needed basis for faculty or teachers, classroom aides, administrative or office, early childhood cook, and extra–duty help to fulfil intermittent vacancies.– Recruit, interview, employ, train, and evaluate substitutes and place substitutes on the daily needs.– Be responsible for all related employment services including record keeping and anyrequired state and federal reporting.– Ensure that substitutes meet all college requirements for working as a substitute including job functions and required physical demands.– Maintain a coordination centre, centrally located within service area, for application procedures, interviewing, and training.– Provide appropriate number of administrative staff persons to act as placement coordinators by working directly.– Provide a web–based platform through which staff can log absences, request specified substitutes and monitor the contractor’s progress towards fulfilling the absence.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
