Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Tampa Bay, FL.• Review design documents for constructability, cost, schedule, and procurement impacts at each major design milestone.• Attend design review and project coordination meetings.• Plan and perform field investigations needed to validate existing site conditions, including but not limited to geotechnical and subsurface utility engineering investigations.• Update construction cost estimates prior to the 90% submittal.• Organize estimates consistent with proposed construction and equipment packages.• Assist in identifying all required construction permits.• Attend, if needed, permit pre–application and application meetings.• Review, as needed, permit applications prepared by the engineer.• Provide qualified supervisory personnel and provide general direction of the Work and progress of the sub–contractors on the project.• Maintain and update the project schedule.• Maintain the permit register and compliance with permits.• Direct and coordinate construction activities in conformance with contract drawings and specifications.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 30, 2026. (3) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
