EXTRA-74468 - USA (Taylor, Michigan) - Comprehensive Master Plan Rewrite Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive master plan rewrite services to the government authority located in Taylor, MI.– Updated plan will guide the city’s future growth, housing, resiliency, economic development, land use, and capital investments.– Plan shall be user friendly to residents and implementable by the city.– Responsible for leading and designing the public engagement process, and handling all statutory public notices and required mailings associated with plan review and adoption.– Address land use compatibility, neighborhood reinvestment, housing choice, commercial and industrial strategies, mobility, and sustainability and resiliency.– Design and implement an inclusive public engagement plan, including a project website and online hub, surveys, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, pop–up events, and at least two community workshops and open houses. – Provide references to zoning updates needed for implementation.– Develop Implementation Matrix with actions, responsible parties, potential partners, potential funding sources, and suggested phasing.– GIS data and high–resolution graphics, all raw data.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
