(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Barbour, WV. – Provide professional services for the construction of a new ambulance station.– Professional services will include, but not be limited to, the following: project design, preparation of all necessary permit applications, environmental reports, preparation of plans, specifications, and bidding documents. – Services may also include assistance during bidding, construction administration services, and construction inspection services.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.
