(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based motor pool management system.– Provide a web–based, automated reservation control solution that dispatches state motor pool vehicles using keyless entry and key kiosk/box.– Provide motor pool module for at least 120 vehicles, initially, with the potential to add incrementally as needed.– The automated motor pool shall consist of cloud–based (Internet) software and accompanying hardware.– Automatically update motor pool dashboards to push motor pool data and metrics to a graphical display thereby relieving fleet management staff from having to manually mine the data.– Solution should have automated billing and electronic forms, therefore reducing or eliminating the paper–based forms and processes.– Solution should use real–time telematics integrating regarding idle time, fuel usage, tank levels, tire levels, diagnostics, etc. and incorporate data into related dashboards.– Solution should generate predictive analytics to assist in vehicle right–sizing and replacement planning by utilizing, but not limited to, historical trip and usage data.– Solution should utilize real–time telematic integration of multiple data streams, such as odometer, GPS, fuel, diagnostics, etc.  – This solution will automate the process of checking–in and checking–out vehicles.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
