Vendor needs to provide resident wellness program services to the government authority located in Ocean, NJ.• In–Home assessments may be provided for any residents who may have a physical barrier to attending an office–based service.• Residents may have access to counsellors to aid with those experiencing anxiety, stress, and depression. Wellness and education sessions will be provided on topics such as stress management, parenting, and healthy aging.• Individual services will also be provided as management consultation to assist the staff with certain delicate issues with residents such as hoarding and conflicts between residents, etc.
