WRT-4106 - USA (Florida) - Grant Writing Services - INFO ONLY, RFP NOT INCLUDED - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide grant writing services to the government authority located in Florida.– Seeks to address documented county needs, including service delivery and the strategic goals of the county board of county commissioners.– All grant pursuits must align with County strategic priorities, capital improvement plans, resilience initiatives, and must be compliant with existing legislation, Federal/State codes, and administrative rules.– Strategic grant research and prospecting: The Consultant must maintain a proactive and continuous search for funding opportunities across key sectors economic development, resiliency, transportation, environmental protection, parks and recreation, public safety, historic preservation, and general infrastructure.– Utilize industry–standard grant research tools, databases, and subscriptions to ensure comprehensive coverage.– Analysis and assessment: Consultant must analyze each identified grant opportunity to determine its suitability, including the type of grant, funding availability, required match, timelines, potential impacts to the community, and other relevant requirements or conditions.– Develop a standardized evaluation framework and perform a “Go/No–Go“ analysis to ensure alignment with county goals and resource availability.– Grant Writing and Submission: Upon county approval, the consultant will lead the development of full application packages.(2) RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included.
