(1) Vendor needs to provide community production partner services.– Organization will serve as the primary lead entity responsible for the strategic planning, operational management, and post–event evaluation of the 2027 Celebration.– Public Access: The selected partner must ensure that all core events are free and open to the public, with no admission fees.– Program and activities curation: develop a comprehensive event itinerary, cultivate historical and educational programming, and contract appropriate cultural performances.– Vendor and personnel coordination: oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of event volunteers, while managing relationships and logistics for all food, craft, and informational vendors.– Sponsorship and fundraising development: identify and secure corporate sponsorships and community partnerships to generate supplementary funding and optimize event resources.– Logistics and operations management: oversee all day–to–day operational needs, including equipment procurement, site design, venue setup and teardown, and live–event troubleshooting.– Interdepartmental city liaison: collaborate directly with various agency to ensure full compliance with public safety, permitting, and municipal facility protocols.– Post–event evaluation and reporting: compile and submit a comprehensive post–event summary report detailing finalized attendance metrics, financial reconciliation, community impact, and strategic recommendations for future iterations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.
