(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture and marine engineering services to the government authority located in Long Beach, CA.• Professional naval architect and marine engineering consultants to support a variety of projects in the city’s capital improvement program (CIP).• Marine design and naval architecture, including specifications and drawings, analysis, feasibility studies, life cycle management, and operational engineering, and inspection services on a pre–qualified, on–call basis.• Project management, development review, plan check services, peer review of plans, staff augmentation, constructability reviews, grant• Conduct requirements, feasibility, conceptual, and preliminary design studies to develop engineering specifications and drawings for the design, construction, repair, maintenance, and alteration of ships, small crafts, and related support systems.• Conduct design studies to develop and associated drawings, and cost estimates, for the construction, repair, and alteration of ships, small crafts, and related support systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
