(1) Vendor needs to provide advance elimination service for hepatitis c infection to the government authority located in MA.– Provide procurement is to increase testing and engagement in curative treatment for HCV infection in populations experiencing hepatitis C–related health disparities, consistent with the epidemiology of HCV infection.– Purchase the Cepheid GeneXpert Xpress testing instrument and related supplies for an initial 500 HCV point of care tests per applicant organization.– Provide testing, linkage services, and administrative data for 18 months following purchase and implementation of the instrument.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
