(1) Vendor needs to provide workshop program instructor service to the government authority located in Texas. • Event and Planning.• Social Media/Tasks: Post and monitor site on Facebook a minimum of once a month for the three months leading up to a scheduled event.• Submit newsletter submissions to representative for distribution to mailing list a minimum of once a month for the three months leading up to a scheduled event.• Location selections and planning: coordinate with facilities that can accommodate participants and scheduled event activities to select dates and discuss terms, costs, meals, parking, coverage, insurance, room/lodge/dorm rentals, registrations processes, and other fees.• Workshop promotion: work with communications staff including media, web site, social media and creative services sections to promote and advertise program, outreach and activities including external media exposure for program.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
