Tampa Bay Rays Baseball, Ltd. (the “Rays”) and Hines Acquisitions LLC (“Hines”) (collectively referred to herein as the “Rays/Hines Team”), in cooperation with the City of St. Petersburg (“City”), are seeking to engage multiple qualified A/E firms to provide General Civil Engineering Services (the “Project”) associated with the overall master development of the Historic Gas Plant District in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida. This solicitation is for General Civil Engineering Services only. The selected A/E firms must be licensed to practice Engineering in the State of Florida pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 471 Florida Statutes.
