24-54 EOC Water Line

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified underground utility contractors to provide a secondary water line connection from the Bay County Water Booster Station (WBS) via the existing wholesale water distribution system to the Bay County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) building by adding redundancy. The project consists of approx. 330 LF of 12-inch WM, 160 LF of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). Work shall be completed in accordance with Exhibit 2 Scope of Work and Exhibit 3 DRMP Plans. ELECTRONIC OR SEALED PAPER SUBMISSIONS for Project ID Project Title will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Submissions will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. ANY SUBMISSION RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
