(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search services to the government authority located in Charlottesville, VA. – To provide comprehensive Executive Search Services required to include recruitment, selection and placement of an Executive Director, while guiding the organization through the process.– Conduct interviews and meetings with stakeholders to obtain their perspective on desirable Executive Director attributes to include resident leaders, Directors and local civic organizations identified.– Vendor will coordinate the effort with the HR Officer and will prepare recruitment materials, including advertisements, letters, brochures and other documents used for the recruitment.– Receive in writing the candidate’s acceptance of the job offer and agreement to terms of employment;• Project Initiation and Organizational Assessment• Candidate Recruitment and Outreach• Candidate Screening and Evaluation• Finalist Presentation• Background and Reference Verification• Selection and Negotiation Support• Post–Selection Support(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
